Dornic N/9 sodium hydroxide solution (0.111 mol/L) designed for milk acidity titration according to the Dornic method. Prepared from NaOH (M = 40.00 g/mol), it allows direct use of Dornic calculation factors without additional solution preparation or complex standardisation. This reagent is particularly suited to dairy plants, food quality control laboratories and R&D centres working on milk and dairy product stability. As with any caustic soda solution, it must be handled with suitable protection and integrated into your CLP safety rules, corrosive storage conditions and alkaline effluent management workflows.
