AllChimie Sudan III 1% hydroalcoholic solution is a staining reagent for microscopic visualisation of lipids. Sudan III (CAS 85-86-9) selectively colours fats and lipid droplets in tissue sections and cell preparations, providing strong and consistent contrast for histology, cytology and QC work. The 1% concentration offers intense, reproducible staining, and the reagent is supplied ready to use in a 125 mL bottle. As a flammable, toxic (if swallowed) and irritant solution, it must be handled in a fume hood with suitable PPE, in line with CLP risk management. For laboratory use only.
