"Request a quote: a simplified experience!"

We've revised and simplified our quote request process to offer you a more seamless experience.
Here's how:
1. Add your products to your cart
Start by selecting your products and adding them to your cart.
2. Finalize your selection
Once you've added all the products you want, go to the cart page.
3. Request a quote
Simply click the "Request a quote" button on the cart page.
4. Add a comment
You can add a comment to your request to clarify your needs.
5. Name your quote
Give your quote a name for better tracking.
6. Receive your quote
Your new quote will be immediately added to your "My Account/My Quotes" section. You will also receive a confirmation email and the quote in PDF format within minutes.
7. Tracking and conversion
From your account, you can track the progress of your request and convert Get your quote directly when you order.

"Quick order"
AllChimie
If you already know your product references, you can quickly and easily place your order (or quote) using the quick order bars.
1. Directly from your cart
The first tool of this type is located on your cart page. It will allow you to enter your references directly without having to navigate the site.
2. In your profile
The second quick order tool is located in the "My Account / Order by Item Reference" section.
How to use:
- Add your item reference and the desired quantity.
- You can add multiple items.
- Then click the Add button to add your items to your cart.

Easy: Upload an Excel file (.csv format) containing your product references and desired quantities... and voilà, your cart is filled, your order is ready!
To use this feature:
1. Go to your account
Select the "Order by item reference" tab.
2. Upload your CSV file
Containing the desired product references.
Excel file structure: Maintain a 1-column layout.

The item will then be exchanged or refunded, at your discretion.
Costs for returning an item
The return costs are fully covered by AllChimie.
Items Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
No exchange or refund can be granted if:
- Item returned damaged or in poor condition
- Incomplete item, without its accessories or without its original packaging (box) or with damaged packaging
- Item part of a lot and returned only
How to return an item
- Contact us to make the return request
- Once the request is accepted, our customer service will send a return document with a file number.
This document must be:- inserted inside the package,
- and glued to the outside of one of the returned packages to allow quick identification.
