Its 5–13 µm porosity and medium filtration time of 88 s according to DIN 53137 ensure effective retention of medium‑to‑fine particles while maintaining a reasonable flow rate. With a 73 g/m² basis weight, 0.16 mm thickness and burst strength of 1.95 kg/cm², it offers solid mechanical stability for routine laboratory use. Available in diameters from 70 to 240 mm and supplied in packs of 100, it provides a reliable standard solution for many applications in chemistry, environmental testing and quality‑control laboratories.
