AllFilter syringe filters made of cellulose acetate (CA) use modified pure CA membranes that are naturally hydrophilic and exhibit very low protein binding. They are particularly suitable for filtration of aqueous solutions in biology, cell culture, and protein or enzyme preparations where loss of biomolecules must be minimized. Available in 13 and 25 mm diameters with 0.22 µm or 0.45 µm pores, they are supplied non‑sterile in packs of 100.
