Used as an alternative to a separatory funnel, it simplifies liquid–liquid separation steps and shortens handling time. With a basis weight of 85 g/m², a thickness of 0.17 mm and a filtration time of about 25 s, it provides efficient separation of solvents and aqueous solutions.
