This desiccator with polypropylene base is designed for drying and protecting moisture-sensitive samples. It is physically similar to a vacuum desiccator but supplied without a stopcock, and is used as a simple desiccator; greasing of the flanges is required to ensure proper sealing. The PP base provides durability and easy cleaning, making it a reliable piece of routine equipment in QC, R&D, teaching and production laboratories. For laboratory use only.
