Technical features

The Trionyx ORGFC/CORGFC activated carbon filter is a cartridge dedicated to organic vapour filtration in earlier‑generation filtered safety cabinets. Measuring 100 x 400 x 200 mm and weighing 10 kg, it fits cabinets referenced 792 087, 792 088 and 792 090 that were manufactured before July 2008. Available in AS and BE types, it allows the adsorption capacity to be adapted to the range of solvents stored. Regular replacement of this cartridge helps maintain cabinet performance and user protection. The filter must be managed within a comprehensive risk‑management framework (ventilation, change‑out frequency, disposal of spent filters) in compliance with French and EU regulations.
